There is a lot of thought and planning that should go into creating a brand logo along with branding styles for a company. This process is much deeper that just a “pretty logo”. Ideally, it involves getting to know the company culture, the customer personas, the marketplace and the people within a company. I will outline my ideal process of branding design for a frictional company that I created call Honey Beans.
Next I work on pulling together all of the style features of the branding into a visual image of everything called a style-scape. from this the whole brand can be seen as a package and is used for conversation and planning the final style guide. This style-scape can be printed and used as an impactful visual in business proposal and investment meetings.
